Serenella “ Sadie” Cuciniello is the creative spirit, Founder, and Principal Designer of Serenella Interiors. She believes that affluent individuals who appreciate beauty and high-end luxury want great ideas and tremendous servicing. People want their own unique needs and individual tastes applied to their home with ease, within budget and in a timely manner. Nothing frustrates a customer more than a process that drags on and fails to deliver a desired lifestyle and key functional elements. While Sadie is well versed in all interior design approaches and philosophies, she differentiates herself by being able to connect, adapt and integrate personal tastes with innovative ideas. With a versatile and open-minded approach to design, Sadie views each project as an opportunity to craft beautiful and luxurious spaces tailored to each client. She has an innate talent for identifying her clients’ personal style and believes that one's home should be a haven for relaxation, rejuvenation and entertainment.

Sadie began her career in fashion design and buying before becoming a visual designer and general manager for luxury retailer, Neiman Marcus; developing skills which are demonstrated in her creative and business management practices. Through her rich and diverse background, Sadie developed a deep knowledge of textiles and cultivated a unique eye for color. She is an expert in understanding the scope of space, layouts and how elements should flow throughout an environment. With a client-first approach, she values collaborations, builds connections and makes it essential to realize her clients’ dreams. Her exceptional work ethic and scrutinizing attention to detail is what sets Sadie apart.

Sadie holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management, NYIAD and KBIS certification, and is an active member of NKBA, and ASID. Sadie is a true immigrant success story. A child of Sicilian immigrants, Sadie came to the United States when she was 2 years old. Her birth name is Serenella which means “serene” in Italian. Assistant Designer

Luisa is a talented Design Associate at Serenella Interiors, bringing a diverse background in architecture and design to her role. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she moved to the U.S. a decade ago and earned her bachelor’s degree in Architecture. With expertise in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and visualization, Luisa is proficient in design and rendering softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite. Her creative spirit shines through in her work, which combines technical precision with artistic flair. Outside of design, she enjoys drawing, painting, and singing, adding depth and creativity to everything she does

Monique has been working with Sadie for over 10 years having served under her as Assistant General Manager forluxury department store, Neiman Marcus. She has over 20 years of client service, sales, operations, and managementexperience. With her strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people understand the design projectprocess, Monique works to ensure all Ideazione clients have an exceptional experience. She is also a rising star in thereal estate industry and was awarded Rookie of the Year for Signature Premier Real Estate in 2022. Monique’s dualexperience in both interior design and real estate truly makes her an expert on what values a home. She plays an integral role at Serenella's serving as Director of Procurement and Operations, as well as assisting in design.

In her free time, Monique can be found enjoying her home-sweet-hometown, Sayville NY, and spending time with her husband John, son Johnny, and daughter, Juliette.
