Serenella "SADIE'S" STORY
Sadie Cuciniello is the Founder and Principal Designer of Serenella Interiors, a well known and local interior design firm serving the Hamptons, Eastern Long Island, and the greater New York area.
With over a decade of experience in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality design, Sadie brings a rare combination of creative vision and hands-on construction expertise to every project. Her background spans fashion buying, international sourcing in Italy, andvisual design for iconic retailers Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale's — giving her an unmatched eye for color, texture, and the art of creating spaces that feel as extraordinary as they look. "The foundation of it all — a work ethic instilled by a father who came to this country with sixty dollars and the belief that hard work builds something extraordinary. That belief has never left her."
Sadie specializes in new construction, working alongside architects and builders from the ground up to shape spaces that are deeply personal, meticulously crafted, and built to last.
She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management, along with NYIAD and KBIS certifications, and is an active member of NKBA. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest and recognized with multiple Best of Houzz awards.

Luisa
Assistant Designer
Luisa is a talented Design Associate at Serenella Interiors, bringing a diverse background in architecture and design to her role. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she moved to the U.S. a decade ago and earned her bachelor’s degree in Architecture. With expertise in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and visualization, Luisa is proficient in design and rendering softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite. Her creative spirit shines through in her work, which combines technical precision with artistic flair. Outside of design, she enjoys drawing, painting, and singing, adding depth and creativity to everything she does
Monique, Operations and Finances
Monique has been working with Sadie for over 10 years having served under her as Assistant General Manager forluxury department store, Neiman Marcus. She has over 20 years of client service, sales, operations, and managementexperience. With her strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people understand the design projectprocess, Monique works to ensure all Ideazione clients have an exceptional experience. She is also a rising star in thereal estate industry and was awarded Rookie of the Year for Signature Premier Real Estate in 2022. Monique’s dualexperience in both interior design and real estate truly makes her an expert on what values a home. She plays an integral role at Serenella's serving as Director of Procurement and Operations, as well as assisting in design.
In her free time, Monique can be found enjoying her home-sweet-hometown, Sayville NY, and spending time with her husband John, son Johnny, and daughter, Juliette.
